- 7+ years as a Digital/IT Business Analyst with experience in requirement elicitation for technology, system, and internal application projects.
- Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and BABOK methodologies, including Swimlane diagramming, process modeling, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- CCBA or CBAP certified, with working knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, data mapping, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
