Key Responsibilities

• Channel Expansion & Sell‑In (MTMAG & HORECA)
  • Expand online distribution by increasing virtual store count through sell‑in and acquisition
  • Assist in meal‑pairing activations with QSR partners
  • Coordinate with aggregator partners to:
    • Process store onboarding requirement
    • Support operational training for go‑live date
  • New Doors Incubation & Performance Tracking
    • Assist in auditing and tracking KPIs such as:
      • Item and store‑level availability
      • Meal‑pairing attachment rates
    • Support post‑mortem analysis on launches and pilots
    • Consolidate learnings and best practices for digital commerce execution
  • Social Commerce Operations & Content
    • Assist in the Social Commerce launch setup, including E2E fulfillment readiness across store operations, platform enablers, inventory synchronization checks
