My industry-leading client is looking for a brand-new Cheif Digital Officer to join their amazing board on a contrat basis. This huge Ecommerce business has a solution-based product with ambitious growth plans for the year, aiming to become the international market leader.

You will play a pivotal role in increasing the effectiveness of the board and individual directors, both inside and outside the boardroom. You will ensure effective communication with the leadership team acting as a sounding board for the CEO. You will run a quarterly board meeting ensuring each member of the leadership team is accountable.
