Your role

You'll be a part of our Innovation & Digital Solutions team based in Sydney or Melbourne, reporting to the Head of Innovation Services. The Innovation Centre delivers program and projects aligned with Allens Digital & AI strategic priorities, with a key focus on empowering people to transform their teams and work practices.

Our operating model is evolving so this role deliberately spans both hands‑on delivery and longer‑term transformation. In the near term, you will be closely involved in the implementation and early adoption of high‑impact digital legal solutions supporting partners and lawyers through training, coaching and practical use.
