Digital Learning Designer: Adaptive, Engaging Solutions

Sun Life is seeking a Learning Designer to join the Operational Learning & Performance team. This role involves creating innovative, adaptive learning solutions that align with best practices and business strategies. The Learning Designer must effectively collaborate with various teams and apply adult learning principles in their work.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Adult Education or Instructional Design, along with over 5 years of relevant experience, and a strong proficiency in design tools such as Articulate and Adobe Captivate. Knowledge of both English and French is preferred.
