Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to support the strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to deliver high-impact, insight-driven initiatives that advance recruitment, referral, and brand awareness goals.
The position will focus on optimizing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and website performance—while also contributing to audience segmentation, landing page strategy, and campaign tracking. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of digital marketing and is eager to grow into a leadership track.
