As a Digital Solution Advisor Specialist for SAP SuccessFactors, you are a customer‑facing HCM solution expert who plays a critical role in driving pipeline, supporting deals, and accelerating cloud adoption across the SAP Human Capital Management portfolio.

You translate customer HR and people strategy challenges into compelling, value‑based solution narratives, partnering closely with Sales, VAT, and Customer Success teams.
