Senior Consultant, Digital Workforce Transformation – UKG Pro
Qualifications
- A related bachelor’s degree
- Approximately 3+ years of Consulting experience
- 2-5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
- UKG Pro certifications are ideal
- Experience with client solution gap analysis and recommendations
- Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements
- Hands‑on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution
- Experience leading client discussions for requirements gathering, user story/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing support, and deployment
- Understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle
- Project management experience is beneficial
- Ability to solve problems with limited information and advance to next steps
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (estimated 30%)
