Community Assistant (CA) Community Access Individual (CAI) Services Nature of Work To provide supervision and support with individual community activities.

To work with individuals on the CAI stated goals of their individual service plan.

Creative Community Services (CCS) will maintain a personnel file for compliance.

The documentation required:

• Copies of social security cared Copes of driver’s license Proof of liability insurance CCS requires a submitted TB skin test, criminal records check and fingerprinting to CSS prior to working with an individual.


• The CA understands that CRP first aid, CCS orientation are required prior to working with an individual.
• CCS will monitor training requirements and must keep required training information on file.
