Responsibilities

• Daily sales operation of the Direct Sales Unit.
• Monitor leads, conversions, and bookings productivity.
• Serve as the main liaison for interdependencies with other departments throughout the sales process.
• Answer customer questions and escalating complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
• Ensure achievement of individuals KPIs through coaching, training and performance monitoring.
• Handle sales leads, process applications, convert to closed sales and contribute to overall target.
• Prepare necessary documentation for the operations of Direct Sales Unit.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Channel Sales Lead or Department Head.
