Opportunity Description
We are currently partnering with a leading semi government organisation in the UAE to appoint a highly skilled Direct Tax Manager to oversee group-wide direct tax compliance, reporting, governance, and strategic tax initiatives across multiple entities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded tax professional with strong experience in corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax reporting, regulatory compliance, and tax process optimisation within a complex group structure.
The role is a 6 month contract but is renewable.
Key Responsibilities- Manage group tax provisions including current and deferred tax calculations in line with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Lead quarterly and annual tax reporting processes for consolidation and audit purposes
- Oversee end-to-end corporate tax return filings across all group entities
