**Role Overview**

Sodexo’s **Corporate Services Division** is seeking a **Director of Facilities** for a client site in **Louisville, KY** . This role oversees total integrated facilities management, including hard and soft services predictive and preventive maintenance, and property infrastructure for **3 sites in Louisville consisting of an Office Building, Print Site and Storage Warehouse.** The Director will manage skilled trades, including mechanical & plumbing systems, general maintenance and contracted services, while also leading hiring, training, and supervision of staff.
