Director, APAC Special Situations Legal Analyst

CreditSights is offering a new role as APAC Special Situations Legal Analyst position, based in Singapore. As part of our rapidly growing team in Asia, the lawyer will work as an embedded legal specialist within the CreditSights team.

Strengthening our best‑in‑class credit research by providing a legal overlay to our fundamentals and strategy content, the right candidate will primarily be working on event‑driven downside and recovery analysis and specialist overlay for distressed and stressed names. Over the longer term, this role will lay the foundation for more covenant‑focused coverage and help establish us as a trusted authority on APAC special situations legal analysis through thought leadership—including deep dives, case studies, and primers on jurisdiction‑specific processes.
