Role: Director – Business Development Industrial Autonomy & Engineering Unit (IAEU)

Role Purpose
The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving strategic growth, revenue expansion, and market positioning of the Industrial Autonomy & Engineering Unit in Finland. The role focuses on industrial clients across manufacturing, energy, utilities, logistics, and infrastructure, with an emphasis on autonomous systems, PLM, digital engineering, Industry 4.0, and AI-driven industrial solutions. The position requires a strong combination of market leadership, client relationship management, deal shaping, and ecosystem partnerships, working closely with delivery, solution architecture, and global leadership teams.
