Director, Compliance Data & Insights

The Director of Compliance Data & Insights is responsible for building, guiding, and evolving the data ecosystem that supports the Compliance organization. This role owns how compliance-related data is defined, governed, protected, and used across the enterprise. You will operate as the central authority for compliance data, ensuring it is trustworthy, well-controlled, and positioned to support regulatory obligations and strategic decision-making.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on engagement. You will work closely with Compliance leaders to understand operational needs and data challenges, while partnering with Technology teams to shape roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and ensure delivery of high-value data capabilities. A core focus will be aligning systems such as Workday with Compliance objectives and long-term enterprise data strategy.
