Director, Construction Advisory & Dispute Services

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and monitor the quality of work performed on construction-related dispute and advisory engagements, including construction delay, lost productivity, time impact studies, project scheduling, project cost assessment arising in litigation context, insurance claims, and proactive advisory services.
• Lead the planning and execution of construction claims‑related services, including compiling financial data, performing analysis and preparing recommendations in matters of dispute management, dispute avoidance, and project planning & controls.
• Correspond with clients, contractors, project owners, developers, lawyers, construction project teams, insurance adjusters, and internal contacts to discuss file issues and present findings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships at the highest level, including accountability for most operational aspects of client engagement.
