Non-Negotiable:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field required.
• At least 8+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years managing global delivery/teams
• Experience in ERP delivery, services leadership, and business development is preferred
• Minimum 2+ years in bids and proposals (strategy, solutioning, proposal management, negotiation)
• Experience in major bids as Opportunity Pursuit Leader or Solutions Lead
• Strong understanding of BEMF processes, including driving compliance
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Ability to negotiate on both technical and commercial aspects
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Not a job hopper
