Opportunity

The Cost Accounting Director is a strategic and operational leader responsible for all aspects of cost accounting across Allegro MicroSystems' global manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic cost accounting initiatives, including systems transformation, process automation, and analytics capabilities.
• Partner with Finance leadership to align cost accounting with company strategy, profitability goals, and margin optimization.
