Job Description

Lead and develop the cyber security function, combining technical depth with strong people leadership

Own and evolve key cyber capabilities across: SIEM / SOC (. Splunk), IAM / PAM, XDR / endpoint security, Threat detection and incident response

Act as a hands-on leader, who shapes architecture decisions, implementations, and critical incidents

You are the sparring partner of the CIO on matters of cyber security strategy

Drive the implementation, configuration, and operation of modern cyber security platforms

Enhance detection and response capabilities across the organisation

Work closely with IT and engineering teams to embed security into the infrastructure and application landscape

Manage and mentor a team of Cyber Security professionals, elevating both capability and performance

Engage with senior stakeholders and support regulatory, audit, and risk-related topics
