Director, Financial Performance Management

Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, CFO Functions & Delivery Excellence, we are seeking a Director to join our Functions and Technology Finance Performance Management team. This is a critical leadership role that will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and HR and BMCC.Performance Management:

Lead, develop and deliver analysis and actionable information to support all financial planning and forecasting processes, across HR and BMCC. Analyzing and interpreting financial information for planning and control purposes.

Provide financial insights to HR and BMCC Operating Committee, to enable strategic decisions on investments, hiring and cost management. This includes financial modeling and business cases for new investment approvals through SOWs and PARs as well as investments to build, integrate and deploy new technologies as applicable to RBC businesses.
