Director, Human Resources

Job Description Lead and coordinate the integration of human resources plans and strategies in support of business and operational objectives for all Canadian Life Sciences Systems operations. Deliver HR services to the client groups and provide counsel, perspective and subject matter expertise on program design and implementation to supported divisions. Responsible for ensuring the effective administration of all human resources functions including total compensation, performance management, employee development, retention, wellness, and employee relations.
