Director, Learning Experience Architecture

The Opportunity We’re looking for a Director, Learning Experience Architect to set the standard for how learning is designed, delivered, and measured across our global organization. This is not a typical design role. You’ll operate as a senior advisor to clients, a quality and strategy leader internally, and a builder of capability across our most experienced consultants. You’ll shape how we approach performance consulting, define what “great” looks like in learning design, and influence how emerging technologies, including AI, are embedded into our workflows.
