Jamie Benway with Robert Half is looking for an experienced accounting leader to oversee financial operations for a growing medical device manufacturing organization in Portland, Oregon. This role will guide a well-established accounting team, strengthen reporting and controls, and support the business through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership experience in manufacturing environments and is comfortable building structure, improving processes, and partnering with operational leadership.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day accounting function, providing direction to accounting staff and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting across the organization.
