Director of Business Development, RSR & GSH

Shangri‑La Rasa Sayang, Penang is one of the most luxurious resorts in Asia and the world. We are looking for a Director of Business Development (Leisure) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Implement all sales action plans related to the assigned market as outlined in the sales plan.
• Attend major travel functions (trade shows and promotional events) and advise the DOC of the latest updates.
• Drive business development of the overall market segment.
• Host FAM trips and hotel inspections.
• Coordinate with Shangri‑La Rasa Sayang, Penang & Shangri‑La Golden Sands, Penang as a clustered position.

Qualifications

• College graduate or diploma in hotel management.
• 3–5 years of working experience.
• Experience managing a government portfolio.
• Passion for sales and marketing.
• Strong team player with a can‑do attitude.
