1. Govern extensive infrastructure portfolios, ensuring rigorous financial discipline and transparent governance.
2. Shape and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business growth, capacity expansion, and sustainability priorities, while advising senior leadership on investments, risk management, and cost optimization.
3. Drive end-to-end execution of complex construction programs—including Greenfield developments, Brownfield expansions, fit-outs, and refurbishments—consistently meeting scope, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
4. Lead the construction of IT campuses and commercial facilities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and allied services, ensuring seamless delivery from planning through commissioning.
