The Director of CRM and Business Intelligence will lead the design, administration, maintenance, and strategic evolution of the Enrolment Management CRM platform (Technologies Slate), while also overseeing the organization's business intelligence systems.. This role supports and works closely with the CIO to develop and manage many aspects of the institution's data management strategy. The Director serves as the primary authority for CRM architecture and business intelligence development, with responsibility for CRM operations, BI platform administration (Tableau and Power BI), and the delivery of enterprise dashboards.
