Opportunity Description

  • Assists in managing the Events Department's operations by ensuring up-to-date manuals, effective communication, and accurate recordkeeping of all agreements and bookings.

  • Utilizes tools like Opera to maximize event revenue and supports reporting and tracking processes for catering and function sales.

  • Coordinates closely with other departments to meet guest expectations and ensure seamless event execution.

  • Actively engages with guests and colleagues to maintain strong relationships and high service standards.


    • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.


    Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.


    Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
