Director of Food and Beverage

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations Restaurant Division to oversee end-to-end operations across all restaurant outlets. This role is accountable for P&L management service excellence manpower planning SOP implementation and overall business performance. The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency brand consistency and exceptional customer experience.

Key Focus Areas

• Oversee outlet performance profitability and operational efficiency
• Implement and monitor SOPs and brand standards across all locations
• Lead manpower planning and workforce optimization in coordination with HR
• Collaborate closely with Purchase F&B Control and Finance teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with audits and quality standards
  

Salary Package:
