Director of Food & Beverage - Hotel Group, Palawan, Philippines

A local hotel group is in need of a pre-opening Director of Food & Beverage for its new property in Palawan. The successful candidate, reporting directly to the General Manager, will be responsible for the pre-opening operations of all the outlets of the property to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction. The candidate will also manage the daily food & beverage operations of the outlets, lead the team, and drive revenue while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related discipline
• Five (5) years experience in the same role, preferably for five-star resorts
• Pre-opening experience for island resorts is preferred
• Excellent communications and coordination skills
• Exceptional management and leadership skills
• Willingness to be based in Palawan...
