Opportunity Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Growth to lead enterprise customer acquisition for our UK-based apprenticeship business at Babington. This is a senior, commercially focused role responsible for winning new enterprise clients across the English apprenticeship landscape.

Location: Remote - with travel
Salary: £70,000 - 100,000
The Director of Growth will own the full new-business lifecycle from strategy and prospecting through to contract signature, then seamlessly transition customers to the Customer Relationship team to ensure long-term success and retention.
