Opportunity Description
- Design and implement the IT strategy for the company in conjunction of the Delivery Hero strategy from device and license acquisition to networking security and SSO.
- Define an IT roadmap to allow the company to scale as it grows internationally.
- Oversee the overall IT budget and provide monthly forecast.
- Oversee the IT projects and initiatives.
- Operate production systems for VoIP and IVR Upgrade company internal network to interconnect all headquarters local offices and tMarts.
- Closely collaborate with HR and Tech departments.
- Automate key processes like employee onboarding and offboarding asset management access admin among others.
- Design and implement an account and permissions management strategy for employees together with the Delivery Hero ETS team.
