Role Overview:

Lead the delivery of IT solutions, driving software development projects and ensuring technology initiatives meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage software development, system enhancements, and IT projects.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and security protocols.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
