Director of Manufacturing Engineering

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive engineering excellence and facility operations at our growing manufacturing site in Singapore.

This is a high-impact leadership role , responsible for shaping engineering strategy, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring scalable, world-class operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities strategy aligned with business growth
• Lead engineering teams to optimize process efficiency, cost, and quality
• Oversee site infrastructure, facilities operations, and capital projects
