Director of Nursing - Long Term Care

Position Summary: The Director of Nursing at CCC administers the nursing program as a department of the hospital in alignment with the CNO/COO, in order to maintain standards of patient/resident care; advises management, patient/resident care staff and hospital CEO in matters related to nursing service. Recommends establishment or revision of policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance in alignment with our standards. In collaboration with the hospital CNO/COO, interprets policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups. Develops budgets, integrates with hospital guidelines and complies with Balanced Score Card targets.
