Director Of Nursing

Position Summary 

The Director of Nursing is a leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services in compliance with North Carolina regulations, health-care accreditation standards and any other required regulatory standards.
This individual will conduct assessments and reassessments of clients for both nursing services and in-home aide services, manage nursing staff, develop clinical policies, develop clinical training programs, and collaborate with other departments to support the agency’s mission.
