Director of Operations and Institutional Relations

U15 Canada represents Canada’s leading research universities. We advance research, innovation, and higher education through evidence-informed advocacy, strong partnerships, and effective engagement with government and sector leaders.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Operations and Institutional Relations provides strategic and operational leadership across finance, human resources, governance, and committee engagement. The Director plays a central role in ensuring the organization operates efficiently, maintains strong governance practices, and fosters effective relationships with member institutions.

The Director co-supervises (with the CEO) the Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
