Overview:

This person will be one of the most crucial Players in this office Team for bidding and acquiring new business for this company. They are a very established and reputable General Contractor in the Southeast - and they are growing in Memphis!

They are starting conversations with experienced Senior Estimators who are qualified for Director of Preconstruction in the commercial design-build construction niche.

This role will be essential in working with Estimating & Project Management staff to budget & bid for prospective projects while also collaborating with Executives for reviewing their new clientele projects. 

Qualifications:

·B.S. Degree – Construction Management, Construction Engineering/Science, Civil Engineering Degree or 10+ years applicable commercial construction experience.
