Director of Product, Platform Intelligence

In Achievers we are building the intelligence layer on top of the world's leading employee recognition platform . Our platform data captures peer-validated, real-time signals about individuals, teams, and organizations. You will lead three product teams and a shared designer, setting strategy and driving execution across Program Intelligence, People Intelligence, and Platform Integrations with a common data foundation value proposition: reduce the cost of a good decision by surfacing the right signal at the right moment, whether the decision-maker is a first-line manager, a program administrator, or an agent operating inside a customer's enterprise stack.
You will report to the VP of Product Management and work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
