Opportunity Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Technology to lead and manage our company’s information technology operations and infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the functionality, security, and future-readiness of all technology systems including networks, servers, desktops, and manufacturing systems. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem-solver who can anticipate future technology needs and implement proactive, scalable solutions. This position also supervises a team of IT Support Technicians and reports directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement additions, deletions, and major modifications to the IT infrastructure
Ensure 24/7 uptime and accessibility of all networks and systems
Maintain and enhance security across all networks and IT systems, staying updated on industry best practices
