Opportunity Description
We are looking for a Director for our restaurant operations. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee and manage the overall restaurant operations and business performance.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve sales growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness.
- Monitor daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service are consistently maintained.
- Lead, supervise, and provide operational guidance to management teams and employees.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, revenue performance, and financial planning of the business.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety regulations, workplace safety requirements, licensing conditions, and company policies.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and vendors regarding purchasing, pricing, and inventory management.
