About the role
Aon’s Talent Solutions team helps clients make better people decisions by combining advisory expertise with analytics and technology! We are looking for a leader to build solutions and manage consultants selling and delivering solutions related to workforce strategy, such as strategic workforce planning, organizational design, location strategy, and workforce intelligence.
Key responsibilities:
+ Lead strategic workforce planning engagements for client organizations, enabling them to anticipate talent needs, support growth, and improve operational resilience.
+ Define multi‑year workforce strategies that balance demand, capacity, productivity, skills, and cost, aligned to clients’ business and financial objectives.
