Discipline Support Officer (DSO)

The Discipline Support Officer will deploy a firm yet respectful approach to complement and support the school's Student Management (SM) team. The primary goals are to strengthen daily campus discipline, enhance the timeliness of disciplinary follow-ups, and promote a care-based, restorative culture that strengthens Teacher-Student Relationships (TSR).

• Serve as a visible adult presence in high-movement areas and conduct systematic patrols during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson transitions.

• Maintain a supervisory presence in the canteen and Indoor Sports Hall during daily recess periods.

• Support proactive discipline strategies and assist in simple peer reconciliation or mediation where appropriate.
