Dispatcher / Driver Manager
Location: Cordele, GA (relocation support is available)
Salary: $45K – $55K

What you’ll be doing:
Manage a high-volume driver board (25+ drivers) Dispatch loads, coordinate schedules, and optimize routes Serve as the main point of contact for drivers Monitor performance metrics including on-time delivery and utilization Partner with internal teams to maintain efficient operations
