Key Duties

Deliver exceptional patient care, including pre-screening and dispensing at all levelsInspire and drive your team to achieve sales and performance targetsManage stock, rotas, hiring, training, and staff developmentMonitor and improve KPIs including AOV, CR, ST, and capacityAnalyse business performance and help shape the future success of the practiceQualified DO would need to comfortable with Dry Eye Clinics
