Distribution Planning Analyst

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily create and book sales order based on ATS & release pick slip for shipment/billing purpose.
• Facilitate requests for pull in shipment from Inside Sales & Planning team.
• Daily review reservation/stage report and proactively advise FG team to take timely action.
• Participate in PI Count audit and support supervisor with ad‑hoc cases.
• Plan logistic requirements with FG team during weekends, shutdowns, public holidays, and whenever shipping support is needed.
• Provide support to superior/reporting manager for any new tasks given.

Education & Experience

• Education: Degree
• Experience: Preferably 2–3 years in a similar capacity

Skills

• Good communication skills
• Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Oracle (Order Management & Shipping Module), Agile.
