Responsibilities
- Develop dealer relationships, train dealer staff to generate contracts according to GM Financial’s credit risk and profitability models.
- Provide quality customer service, satisfying business needs of customers and GM Financial.
- Take corrective actions through direction of RSM, managing dealer accounts (DAVs) and tough credit/funding situations.
- Coordinate field activities with District Sales Managers of GMCL when possible.
- Manage and grow a sales territory, meeting or exceeding forecasted retail lease and loan volume targets.
- Coach dealers, performance improvement planning, and regular field engagement.
