DL Sourcing & Recruiting

The DL Recruiter will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Recruiter will be responsible for a variety of recruitment activities ensuring the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with privacy and secrecy standards.
• Build candidate relationships to foster a positive experience and future pipeline.
• Utilize skill‑based interviewing techniques to evaluate rank, select candidates, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on pre‑established selection criteria and recruitment policies.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so potential candidates can learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
