About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Content Management Analyst to support a large enterprise Merchant Services organization. This role will focus heavily on the publishing, maintenance, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise business documentation within an internal content management platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with enterprise document/content management systems, handling high volumes of documentation updates, and supporting regulated or process-driven environments. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong proofreading/editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple document changes simultaneously.
