Document Production Specialist (Day Time)

Working in Birmingham City Centre for a global law firm, offering up to £33-36k hybrid (1/2 days in office), full time and 6-month FTC initially.You would be assisting with the document production for the firm on the day shift of 8-4pm, or 9-5pm on an immediate start.The Responsibilities -Prioritising work requests including audio transcription of legal documents
- Tracked changes, autonumbering and fixing corrupted files - Managing templates and helping with red line strike outs
- Creating notes and reports
- Producing transcripts of interview, hearings and conferences
- Producing and amending documents with speed and accuracy - Creating and editing and reformatting documents
