Opportunity Description
- Lead and manage the document releasing team within Financial Services
- Oversee the preparation, review, and release of financial documents (invoices, payment releases, guarantees, contracts, regulatory filings, etc.)
- Ensure all documents meet internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
- Approve final document releases and resolve discrepancies or escalations
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, and audit teams
- Identify and mitigate risks related to document errors, delays, or non-compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for document release matters
- Coordinate with banks, regulators, auditors, vendors, and internal departments
- Provide timely reports and updates to senior management
